Is GLOW for a cause cruelty-free?

We love animals, and we partner up with many small non-profits who rescue pups! We do not test on animals at any point within our supply chain or pay for another company to conduct testing. GLOW for a cause does not sell to or do business in countries that have animal testing policies.

Is GLOW for a cause vegan?

All of our body care products are perfumes are vegan. Our face creams and lip love are not vegan (but we're hoping to get there)!

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take 2-5 business days with standard shipping methods.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (MDT) will be processed the following Monday (but sometimes sooner).

What shipping methods do you use?

  • We primarily ship orders placed with UPS or USPS.
  • Orders to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are shipped using USPS only.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship only in the USA.

What is your return or refund policy?

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase from GLOW for a cause! Please reach out to us at info@glowforacause.com if you are not happy with your order. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer pays the shipping cost to return their item, and we pay the shipping to replace an exchange (if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be close to 90% full.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@glowforacause.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@glowforacause.com.

If you'd prefer to swap out your product for a different one of the same value, please let us know and we'll send along your new product once we receive your return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. 

Which items are non-returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our Discovery Set and complimentary samples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
