SHIPPING, RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
Packages will ship after 1-2 business days through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been filled.
International orders will ship after 1-2 business days through USPS. These orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely out of our hands. If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.
Order Issues & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with every purchase! Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not happy with your order. Returns are processed as exchanges due to the nature of our products. Please contact us first, and then ship the product back to the address that we provide. In your contact email, please let us know the product of equal or lesser value that you would like to receive as an exchange. We will ship that to you as soon as we receive your returned product. GLOW for a cause is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
If a product is damaged during shipping, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
